Installation
The installation takes about two minutes. Follow the steps below.
Download the installer
Download the official Stillis installer from stillis.app. The file is approximately 1 GB.
Only download from stillis.app. We do not distribute through third-party sites.
Run the installer
Double-click the downloaded file to start the installer. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning — this is normal for newly published software.
If SmartScreen appears: click "More info", then "Run anyway". This warning appears because Stillis is not yet widely distributed — it does not indicate a security problem.
Complete the setup wizard
Follow the on-screen instructions. Choose an installation folder or accept the default. Administrator permissions are required.
Allow microphone and camera access
On first launch, Windows will ask for microphone and camera permissions. Both are required for full functionality.
Stillis uses the microphone to listen during conversations and the camera for optional expression and identity recognition. Nothing is recorded or sent externally.
First launch
Stillis will load its local models on first start — this takes 10–30 seconds. After that, it opens to the home screen and is ready to use.
